The new design tools for cycling traffic created by the amendments to traffic regulations StVO in 2013 offer many cost effective possibilities for municipalities to do their cyclists some good. Based on the evaluation of FGM for the bmvit ministry (ARTICLE HERE) Cycle Competence has put together a brief manual for Austrian communities.
